Paul Bergman, PMP
President and
Senior Consultant
Experience: Paul has over 35 years’ experience as a project manager, managing projects of all sizes and types including manufacturing, environmental, telecommunication, IT, and Government. Paul is the author of many of WCP’s most popular workshops, including Project Management Essentials parts 1 and 2, Juggling Multiple Projects, Project Sponsorship, Agile Project Management Hands On, and Hands-on Microsoft Project.
In addition to training, Paul leads a team of project management consultants that provides clients with assistance in the development of project management plans, the development and tailoring of their project management methodologies, and the proper use and implementation or project management software tools.
Paul is a regular speaker at project management conferences, and has delivered papers for ASQ, PMI and ProjectWorld. In 2013, Paul was one of 25 leading project managers in North America asked to write a chapter for the project management book The Keys to Our Success.
From January 2014 – December 31, 2016 Paul served as the Canadian representative on the R.E.P. (Registered Education Provider) Advisory Group for PMI (Project Management Institute).
Strengths: Paul’s experience and teaching style has proven particularly useful in helping participants move from project management theory, to the application of project management in a way that makes sense for their environment. In addition to being President of WCP, Paul also provides project management training and consulting services, is the author of some of the most popular project management training courses in Canada, and is a Microsoft Project expert.
Education: Paul graduated with an engineering degree from the University of Toronto and has been a Project Management Professional (PMP)® since 1992.
Experience: Kristine has over 20 years of experience in Project Management, managing complex projects and programs of significant size and managing portfolios in excess of $250 million. Kristine has successfully established company-wide Project Management practices throughout her career and has a great deal of experience in implementing and leading PMO’s, business analysis, strategic planning, and developing Project Managers. Kristine has spent her professional career in the telecommunications industry and IT.
Strengths: Kristine brings a very practical “real world” approach to applying project management principles based on extensive experience in managing large complex cross-functional projects. Her application of effective Project Management practices encompasses both the utilization of traditional as well as various flavours of Agile Project Management techniques. In her senior management roles, Kristine has developed strong people skills, leadership capabilities and understands the importance of building high performing collaborative teams across organizations. Kristine takes a very “people focused” approach in applying project management to deliver successful projects, programs and portfolios, and is an Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0 certified coach.
Education: Kristine graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Kristine has attended Queen’s University Executive Development programs focusing on Strategic Planning and Operational Leadership. Kristine has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005 and received her PMI-ACP designation in 2017.

Kiron D. Bondale, PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM II, ICP-ACC, PMI-RMP, DASSM/CDAI
Senior Consultant
Experience: Kiron has over twenty-five years of experience in traditional and agile project management, having managed multiple mid-to-large-sized projects. He has setup and managed Project Management Offices (PMO) and has provided project portfolio management and project management consulting services to over a hundred clients across multiple industries.
Kiron is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI)® since 1999, served as a volunteer director on the Board of the PMI Lakeshore Chapter for six years and served for three years as one of the volunteer community moderators for PMI’s Project, Program & Portfolio Management LinkedIn group.
Kiron has published articles on project and project portfolio management in both project management and industry-specific journals and is frequently asked to speak at PMI conferences. Kiron has been blogging weekly about project management since 2009, and in 2019 Kiron was recognized as one of the top 130 project management influencers.
Kiron has contributed to many of PMI’s recent standards and practice guides including the PMBOK Guide®, Seventh Edition and the new Standard for Risk Management in Portfolios, Programs and Projects. He was also invited by PMI in 2019 to participate in their Ask the Expert sessions at their Global Conference.
Strengths: Having helped to improve project delivery capabilities for companies spanning multiple industries and sizes, Kiron brings a pragmatic value-focused approach to methodology and governance. He is a highly energetic, articulate and enthusiastic facilitator having trained hundreds of professionals over the past decade on a variety of project management topics. Kiron has used the decision-making framework of Disciplined Agile to help multiple clients tailor their delivery approaches to better fit the context of their projects.
Education: Kiron holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Concordia University, an MBA from McGill University and a Master’s Certificate in Information Technology Project Management from George Washington University. Kiron received his Project Management Professional (PMP)® in 2000, his PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)® certification in 2011 and his PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certification in 2017. Kiron also earned the Certified Disciplined Agile Practitioner (CDAP) and Certified Discipline Agile Instructor (CDAI) credentials from the Disciplined Agile Consortium (now part of PMI) in 2016. Kiron also holds the Professional Scrum Master Level 2 (PSM II), Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) and Certified Agile coach (ICP-ACC) designations.
Experience: John has over twenty-five years of business and project management experience. Working extensively with clients in both the private and public sectors, John’s project management and business experience includes successfully navigating the challenges and complexity of managing global product launches for a manufacturing firm, the creation of an electronic trading system for a precious metals operation, and successfully delivering client projects through his own IT company.
An award-winning instructor, John has provided project management and related business training to individuals and organizations across Canada, the United States and (through virtual courses) globally.
Strengths: John is a professional, engaging, and passionate teacher. His extensive experience using both predictive (traditional) and adaptive (agile) project management techniques, enables him to help clients go beyond the theory and obtain tangible results by addressing the practical project management challenges they face. John feels project management is a thoroughly fascinating and valuable field, each project presenting its own unique challenges. His energetic teaching style reveals the enthusiasm he offers and generates for students. The experience John has gained is related through real-world anecdotes and occasional humour. Relating theory to practice with an engaging style is what makes John a valued and singular instructor.
Education: John has a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Ottawa and received his Project Management Professional (PMP)® since 2012.
