Michael has over 25 years of “hands-on” project management experience which includes being the Project Manager of a $68 million retrofit of the SunLife building in Montreal, and being the Project Controls Manager on the $100 million Billiton tungsten ore refining plant and on the definition phase of a liquefied natural gas peak shaving plant for Consumer Gas. Michael has been consulting and training in project management since 1996. Michael has extensive international experience, and has been delivering WCP project management courses for over 15 years.
Strengths: Michael’s extensive hands-on experience with large complex projects, together with his international experience (he has practiced project management in both English and French), make him a highly sought after consultant and facilitator of project teams particularly during the definition phase of projects. Michael’s project management seminars are peppered with stories of his real life experiences thereby bringing the theory of project management to life.
