Direct financial support from the government for up to 83% of the cost of your project management training!
The Canada Job Grant program provides direct financial support to employers who invest in the professional development of their staff. This grant is available to small, medium and large businesses with the plan to deliver short-term training to existing and new employees. It is designed to help Canadian employees develop skills they require to take on additional responsibility or to qualify for new positions.
Project management courses provided by WCP qualify for this program, and over the last two years, we have assisted many of our clients in obtaining project management training under the COJG program. The COJG program provides an exceptional opportunity for Canadian companies to improve project success by providing staff with the highest quality project management training available.
Canada Ontario Job Grant program requirements are as follows:
- The training must be delivered by an eligible, third-party trainer (WCP on-site (delivered at your corporate location) and public workshops (available in Toronto, Mississauga, Sudbury, Markham) qualify.
- Large employers may receive a grant for up to 50% of the total cost of their project management training, with small businesses (less than 100 staff) receiving up to 83% of the cost of their project management training.
- The grant provides up to $10,000 in government support per person for training costs.
